Modest Swimwear Romper Style

I've reviewed a lot of different swimwear this summer and you can click here to read more about my favorite modest swimwear shops, but today I'm sharing with you a fun romper to add to your swimwear collection. This romper from Doliray Swimwear is going to be my go to coverup for whenever I go swimming now.

I chose the purple romper because I thought it was a unique color, and the tie dye pockets are a fun touch.  They also have a blue romper that is really cute too.  Let's talk about pockets for a minute too! Pockets anything and it is automatically 10X better!

What I love about this company is that the romper is made to go in the water over your swimming suit so you always feel comfortable, modest, and covered up.  They also provide navy blue striped swimming suits to match your romper. to be worn underneath or alone if you want!  They have high waisted bottoms and then a separate bikini bra, that isn't skimpy and has good coverage.  You wear the two piece under the romper and then you are completely covered.  I only wore my romper out of the water as a coverup, but you can also wear it as your swimming suit in the water.  When they get wet you can see the outline of the swimming suit underneath, which is why you would want to buy their swimming suit to fit underneath.  You can buy just the romper if you would want, but just make sure to wear a swimming suit underneath.  If you want all three pieces you can also get a discount by buying the combo.  Definitely check them out.  I can't wait to take this on all my vacations to use a coverup between the hotel room and the pool or beach!

My Favorite Fall Transitional Picks

I have a love/hate relationship with the month of August.  One of the reasons I hate August is because it means that school is starting up again and my summer is over.   Don't get me wrong I love teaching Kindergarten, but summer break is so nice. I love August because it's my anniversary month (yay for August 1st), College Football starts, and fall clothes are starting to hit the stores! I love fall clothes. The layering, the booties, the colors, and the variety of modest outfits you can find get me so excited to start shopping for my fall wardrobe.

Today I want to share with you an outfit I put together that includes some of my favorite fall transitional pieces from my closet.

My top is a navy blue that is great for both summer and fall depending on how you style it.  I love having a shirt I can wear year round, but easily make it fit in with each season.  I received it from The Mint Julep Boutique and love the high-low feature along with the pretty lace overlay in the front.  It is really comfortable as well and the loose fitting style gives a cute and feminine look.  It is sheer and to make the shirt completely modest, I placed a white layering tee from DownEast Style underneath.  It fits true to size and I have the size small and it fits exactly how I like.

Who else is loving this moto leggings kick that is sweeping the nation?  I know I am! I love this olive color because it is a great transitional fall piece.  It works well to transition because of the style and color.  Also can we talk about how cute the zipper at the bottom of the pant leg is?  I bought mine from Coco and Main.  They frequently sell on Jane.com at a discounted price, so I would advise to watch for sale because you won't have to pay full price for these pants if you don't want to.

For my shoes I wore a pair of brown booties from Forever Young Shoes.  Booties are a great fall transitional piece and are really popular right now.  I went to Forever Young Shoes at South Towne Mall a few weeks ago and they were having a variety of booties for only $10! I'm not sure if that sale is still going on, but definitely check them out for a great deal.

I wore my Bela Bracelets as well, which are perfect for wearing my hair elastics while still looking cute.  I also love how now I don't need to wear my elastics on my wrist and have them leave an indent on my wrist.  I highly recommend these! You can use code "summer" for 20% off until August 31st! Sometimes I just wear them because the bracelets are so cute, not even when I need an elastic.  Adding a cute gold necklace from Blue J Boutique gave a fall touch as well.

Didn't these pictures turn out amazing? Charissa Lee Photography did an incredible job. Charissa and I went to The International Piece Gardens in Salt Lake City and this easily ended up being one of my favorite sessions we've had.

What are some of your favorite fall transitional favorites? I'd love to hear below!
